Here you can find our help and advice as well as our frequently asked questions and any other information that you may want to know before renting with Contain Your Stuff Squamish.

We generally offer a range of sizes, from a 7 x 7 ft to 13 x 7 ft units. Our units are 7 ft high. We do have some other sizes both larger and smaller, depending on the location.
There is no need to reserve, you can move in immediately. However, it is advisable to check on availability. You can hold a specific unit. This holds it for up to two weeks.
You do not have to make a long term rental commitment; we require only 2 weeks’ notice to terminate your agreement. All you need to do is contact us to confirm you provisional move out date.
You will be sent an email with details of the move out process. It is essential that you call us to confirm you have fully vacated the unit. If we do not have confirmation, then the unit will be considered rented and charges will be applied. Contain Your Stuff does not provide refunds for any unused rental in the month.
No deposit is required when you rent your storage room. However, the unit must be left clean and tidy and without damage. Stop and Store reserve the right to charge your credit card to repair any damage or excess cleaning or disposal of left items.
Rates are from $25 a week according to the amount of space you need. We also have prepay and other discounted promotions. For a quotation please contact us.
All we need is Photo ID such as a Driver’s License and a valid credit card. You don’t even need a padlock. We will provide a new (in the packet) complimentary padlock to secure your units. When you have finished storing with us, this is yours to keep.
There are no other standard additional rental charges.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard symbol. We take the first payment when you move in, and the payments from your card on the first day of the month.
Rent is charged monthly in advance on the 1st day of the month. If you take advantage of a prepaid deal, then the full amount will be charged upon move in, for the period of the promotion.
Yes; however, we have several removal companies we can recommend helping you move in. We have dollies at some facilities to help and many of our units have drive up access.
All of our units are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Items which are likely to cause any mess are prohibited from being in storage.
When you become a customer you will have access to your storage unit during the specific store’s opening hours, (check with the individual store).
Access will be free and flexible during these opening hours.
Generally you can store anything with a few exceptions:
Contain Your Stuff – Squamish can provide insurance cover while your goods are in store.
Contain Your Stuff guarantees that the price you have been quoted is for a minimum of six months, which may include an initial promotional price.
