The Promotion can be applied as 50% off the remainder of the month you move in and 50% off the second month (i.e; 50% off the prorated price for month 1 and 50% off month 2) as long as you prepay.
Alternatively, to maximize your discount, The Promotion can be applied as pay the regular price for the remaining portion of your first month if you don’t move in on the first of the month and pay 50% for the second month and 50% for the third month. As long as you prepay, you can maximize your discount to two full months at 50% no matter when you move in.
